Any dynamic content on a free site is a double edged sword. On the downside the LL owner does not know exactly what is on the site (even if he refreshes a few times, 1 display in 100 may show something against his rules). On the other hand dynamic content can make for better selling sites, and better surfing sites.

In other words, it is probably not fair to expect a LL owner to list sites with dynamic content. However his won't be as good a link list for either the surfer or submitter if he does not.
