My point is this:
1 - it's not like countries where you can get the info from a browser or IP. I don't think IE has an "ethnicity" box for me to check
2 - you run paysites, so if anyone would have this data, it might be the CC companies. Or, put up a survey inside your paysites & see what you get.
3 - it's probably very hard to market for a specific ethnicity unless you are that ethnicity (same goes for marketing to foreign languages) I'm a typical t-shirt & jeans white guy & most of my marketing is geared towards other pot-bellied white males.
