Some people are being prosecuted for such stories. What will happen if such a case reaches the Supreme Court is any one's guess. Someone will need enough money to actually get a case that far.
No matter what the legal outcome is, it's sick and shouldn't be posted. I don't want to touch anything that's degrading much less use description about illegal actions.
