I just remembered that I also have Porn Movie Links, which is getting 20-40 submits a day. So, depending on how many I accept (which is hovering around 50% for some unknown reason) I'll update that one every other day or every 3 days.

If you separate the new links page like I do on LOR, I'd not suggest updating daily until you get to the point where you have a decent number of new links to add each day (20-30?) But if it's just a big list, you can get away with updating every day - even if you only add 1 new site & the time stamp for the last update time is changed
