I *did* receive notice on the change last May. I wasn't an affiliate when the site was CCBill, so I can't speak to that one. But either way, WTF does that have to do with the current topic at hand?
I don't know Angel & Vegas as well as Jace, but I find it very difficult to beleive that they'd do anything deliberately deceptive.
