q1: I got lost in a five column layout as soon as I've entered your site. You might want to make it easier for surfer to start surfing your site. You have approx 10 seconds to keep the surfer on your site before he/she clicks that X button. Also that purple on white Arial font is a bit unreadable for us wearing glasses. (I'm just pointing out bad things, other stuff is ok)
q2: A few preview videos are ok
q3: That's the hardest part. I'm sure that other webcam program owners will help you with this one.
q4: Other advice: in your own words: "keep it a bit simple for me"
