They bring indeed the traffic, but 95% of the people they bring dont actually buy shows :-) and the 5% that does buy a show think they can permit themselves anything. So there's no fun in working for those sites :-)
Let me be one the girls that really enjoy being on cam. But being on cam and on a camsite, just sucks, and if I do sexual things i prefer to really enjoy them instead of faking them. It needs to be fun, not work, otherwise you will be burned out in no time.
And I'm willing to invest my time in the site, and with the help from the pro's and amateurs in the business, i think i can pull this off :-)
Seem to meet more nice people on the net lately than in real life :-)

You have some points, just remember those people that want free shows will probably visit your site also..

I don't think any one mentioned, you should start a free blog, unless you have one and I missed it. Could help the surfers get to know and trust you with their money. And you can tease them all over the place.
Now that I think about it, your going to charge per minute? I did'nt think CCbill processed per minute?
