26 page RFQ -> 2 page RFQ -> 3 page RFQ.

I spent about 18 hours this weekend writing code -- to find that I am the first person on the net to actually need 3 lines of code which seems to be a fundamental basis for 90% of how the web2web communications works. Either people don't use perl, or they assume that an undocumented function is known by all. Two publishing companies actually published code samples that had the formed XML in 'text' inside their program, and they substituted variables within rather than using the built-in method that they used to decode the XML handed to them from another process. Cisco Press and O'Reilly should be ashamed.

Other than that, putting the finishing touches on a few things so I can toss those to a few vendors and work on the next phase.
