Top Bucks have been in touch with me and sorted the whole thing out.
It was a very old account that I had forgotten I had with them.
DangerDave took over a link list called Jurbi.com from me several years ago and he left some of my old affiliate codes in there, which is why I couldn't work out where the sales had come from.
