I don't know much about gallery submission. Is that your only source of traffic? how much of your traffic is SE generated by now, if any? Where do you get those 10-15k a day? and where do they go to - you main page or the actual galleries?
I hear that conversions on galleries suck, in general. Also, while I agree it's good not to get too many sponsors, maybe only these 2 isn't good enough? maybe try less saturated sponsors and work with some smaller ones running on CCBill?
