We do not accept free webcam sites, because theer is no real free sites in this niche. Screenshots of the session is not a free webcam, this is a free screenshots of webcam. This is why we decide do not accept free sites in this category.
If you want to promote webcam sposnosr, make a usual free sites and post them in appropriate category according free content niche. For example, if you want to promote straight webcams and free content is latina content, you must submit them to the Straight -> Latin category.
