Obviously the prison guards were loyal Bushies. Ted Haggard is OK. Mark Foley is OK. Rush Limbaugh is OK. It's OK to be incompetent as long as you're a loyal Bushie.
If these were democratic voters in Illinois you better believe it would be prosecuted on Fox News almost every day until November 2008.
