Here's the actual reply I got when I asked about this a few months ago:
When people try to cancel we have a 24/7 support team ready to help them, either chat/email or phone,
Once they cancel we try and keep the members in at 9$ a month which the majority takes, of course 60% of this monthly fee you will be credited for,
The difference between the 24.95$ or 29.95$ membership and the 9$ membership will be put under discounts, which is in the same sector as processing/credits and chargebacks,
Rather than getting a chargeback, or full cancellation we try to keep them in
This way the processing fee looks higher than it really is, we are working with NATS to get this discounted membership shown in the STATS rather than show it under the processing fees
Make what you will of it
Of course this was from Aug last year so I guess NATs is having a little trouble with the coding on this one
