I'm sure a lot of people will send you their free sites to get you started - only drawback is there won't be any recips on them
As far as traffic trading, I have a Top 20 list as well as a handful of smaller trades on the main page (along with trades between my own sites - LOL) A lot of people use hard links, a lot of people use scripts - it's pretty much the same as trading with TGP's
