Hmmm. I suppose that would work if the DRM server kept the customer in its records even after they cancelled the membership (for when the hard drive crashed or the license file got corrupted). But if not I can see where this is annoying for the customer and where they would prefer non-DRM movies.

If sites would do this and actually retain the necessary information and say promise to do so for X years, this would probably help DRM for porn become easier for surfers to swallow.
