Do as the others say, keep working at what you are doing now. But also do not be afraid to explore and try new things. Iis in part a numbers game. If you want to do one sale a day on average, you probably need to figure that you have to send about 1,000 unique clicks to a sponsor per day (could be less or more depending on conversions and traffic quality). Look at what you are sending now and set this goal. It gives you a better metric to use.
Tip: Try converting what you have better now first. Are you using different banners with different girls on the freesite? Have you tried maybe throwing up one of the sponsors related sites also on the freesite? Are you putting a lot of work into your link text in order to get the surfer to want to click?
Take clicks to sponsor / Uniques to freesite = RATIO OF CLICKTHRUS
Try to get this to be at least 5%. If you can manage 10% or more, great! If you are seeing less than 5% with freesites, something is probably wrong and you should look at your banners and links.
Also you can use this to determine how much extra traffic you need to make your goals. If you see an average 5% click thru rate and you need 1,000 hits to your sponsors to make 1 sale a day, then this means you need 20,000 uniques per day. If you have a 10% Click thru rate, then you only need 10,000 uniques per day to make that goal on average. See what I am saying here?
