Survived my "Payroll thursday" (note to Cleo:
I wish i could use my own service but we have an accountant in PDX that actually issues the check, i just have to gather all the info and make sure it's formatted but sometimes that's the hardest crap to do) .... Though it sure beats wearing a suit at 98 degrees.
The reason the redneck (yes they live in Vegas too) igits at CCDC didn't release my NY pal was because they listed him as an alien. Of course I didn't make it any easier telling the stupid ass bigot on the phone that NOT all US citizens speak as perfect english as she does. Claimed they couldn't understand him. Well he's been a citizen since 1990 .. but still labors under a heavy Jamaican accent... i'm just waiting for them to give him a random drug test now that they have this little tidbit.. it will be just another reason for not releasing him.. tho i'm not sure why they would want to keep his bony ass .. not like they get "paid" per bed.
