Morning all. 3 1/2 weeks on the Atkins diet and I've only lost 5 pounds and lost 1 1/2 inches around my waist.

I walk two miles every day and some times another two in the afternoon with some crunches thrown in. Guess I'll have to double up on the exercise. |goodidea This bod will be prime real estate if it kills me. Gonna fire up the charcoal grill this afternoon and grill some zucchini, squash, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, portabella shrooms, green beans and red onion slices. Looks like a veggie day here. Yum!
