AVS could be practice and a learning experience for a paysite.
Earlier in the thread you said build a site a day. Carefull here, think about managing all those sites if the traffic trades or even link trades.
Hub is a good idea too, except if ya piss someone off and they hack all of your sites

and leave a trojan. Or someone wants to play hardball for SERP on a cash keyword. Speaking from experience on this.
My point is you can spread yourself to thin (leads to mental and health problems) and you need to manage risk too (or become a security expert). No substitute of enough $ to hire staff.
