haha, during my DDOS attacks, my current host talks to me in middle of a business day (1pm US central time) for about 5 minutes, answers about 10% of my questions/concerns then he disappears for a day
LOL, trust me, i am VERY happy to be moving away from my current hosting company...........
same thing happend last month on my last DDOS attack
