i dont use my isp account.
i paid dedicated hosting plan at servermatrix and my name server is ns1.captainsperm.com and name server 2 is ns2.captainsperm.com (69.41.247.203 and 69.41.247.204)
this two name servers is in the same server 69.41.247.202
i dont know if the configuration of server is optized, i dont cheat anyone.
