IMO...I am no expert, however, if a reviewer can tell right off the bat that you made the site...it is too similar. Colors, text, banners etc. do not an original site make...it's the feel and flow of the site...again, IMO.
I have been given the advice from those doing this longer than I have to spend a long chunk of time looking around at others sites (never to copy) but to get an idea of other ways of combining your information. For example, on most all your pages you have the same structure from top to bottom (logo, banner, line, warning, line, banner, recip and enter link)...now that is the repetition of a template.
Maybe use some tables instead of the horizontal rule...or, put your banner and logo in columns side by side...you know what i mean?
It is the hardest part of building freesites. I have had template problems...but I try my hardest to switch it up.
