25 push ups, 40 glute extensions on each leg, 40 curl ups and just added 10 lunges. Have you ever done a lunge? God, I hurt so bad. Then a 2 mile walk in 28 nimutes. Lost 14 pounds in 6 1/2 weeks and but only 2 3/4" in my waist. Damn it's frustrating. I don't care if I weigh 280 pounds as long as I have a 36-38" waist. Maybe some day.
Think I'll go to MS and tell FanTC he's in my house....
