ok page is 404 atm, i'd like to get answer for this please

if i go to Google and type "link:www.domain.com"
will i ever get dynamic url in results (like http://www.domain.com/index.cgi?id=11111) linking to that site unless there's a hard coded link to www.domain.com on it?
