I personally dont count text under a banner as an extra link. I think most accept up to 3 lines of text per ad. Most just count the actual ad alond with a small amount of text included in the link as one.
Be careful and read rules as some link lists count the 2257 info as an extra link (i was rejected for having the url at the bottom without it even being a hyperlink) and some count the exit link as one.
With most, including mine, i believe you can get away with 3 banners and a couple lines of text with each as long as it is inside the same link and not spaced out.
