A 50-year-old Hialeah woman was cited for possessing a lobster out of season and having a short lobster Tuesday just after midnight. Deputy Wilfredo Guerra checked on her when he saw her fishing alongside the highway at the Mile Marker 64 on the Gulf side. She had a lobster next to her and said she'd caught it with her fishing rod.
