First of all I would like to say "sorry" for the mess with support e-mail. The right one is
support@shockingcash.com and there is a big question which I'm now going to asking my tech. admin right now, in the middle of the night, after finising this post.
This should never happen. Any payment lost \ unpaid will be reissued either with check, money order, ePassporte or any other way.
Unfortunately, I now got to admit that we have some problems lately with the company issuing checks for our US webmasters.
Some checks are lost, some not sent, some bounce back as NSF and etc.
What we're doing now is a move of all the checks payouts to CCBill, so every webmaster who wants to get a CHECK will have to merge under our sub-account: this way it will be easier to get the payments (even if it's a few bucks) and no other problem should appear. No link change or money loss. This will be announced soon.
By now, may I strongly suggest to switch you ePassporte payouts, these go out without any delays.
