You may want to try sending a "takedown notice" under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) since you do have a copyright notice on your website. ISPs tend to act quickly when they receive those in order to protect themselves under the "safe harbor" provisions of the act.

To get his listings off Google you can do the same thing, see the info here.
