I think the design is very good. My only criticism is that its not immediately clear what the site IS exactly. At first it does look like a blog, but there's a membership, which is off-putting. You've got to study the site to see what its all about and most surfers just dive in and then straight out again without bothering.
I think I'd put something in the heading as well as 'Where adults come to play' to describe what the site is. Free Porn Directory or Free Porn Portal or something.
