My experience with Sedo has been pretty good, both buying and selling. I haven't sold any domain names with website included but Sedo does allow for this. As a seller, I like that Sedo gives me the option to send a domain to auction with the current offer as the opening bid.

You could take a look at Afternic but I have no first hand experience with them to share.
