OK im with the photoshop right now, Ill make a step by step of a way to make
this thumb look like the example on that page
Click Ctrl+L to change the brightness/contrast of the pic (0 - 1.0 - 227)
filter -> sharpen (it will give more definition to the pic dont use it too much or it will get pixelated)
Image -> adjustments -> color balance (on "midtones" change cyan to -41) (also on "highligths" change cyan to -20)
Then grab the "blur tool" set it on "0 hardness" (right click to see the settings) and blur her face, body, until its smooth enough.
Now grab the "sharpen tool" (its behind the blur tool) and light up the semen, lips and eyes.
Click on filter gallery -> diffuse glow and set it grainness = 0 , glow ammount= 2 , clearammount = 20 (it will give the wite bright thing on her face)
Finally click on Image -> adjustments -> hue/saturation (hue = +2, saturation= -5)
And the last thing: select the eye with the round selection tool and give it more color saturation and contrast to make it brighter
And thats it
If you do that you should get good results.
This is the thumb I editted using the stepts I wrote here It has some differences (like the color on the lips, dick etc) but I think its still its pretty similar.
