I'll betcha that if you had a non-adult domain and you filed a reinclusion request, even if there wasn't anything wrong, you'd get back their form letter at least.
My copius(not) experience in the past is that adult domains were treated by the reinclusion desk differently than non-adult domains.
It would be interesting to perform that test.
