It takes time to get known and gain seasoned webmasters trust, it's a very competitive business and most don't stick it out.
How do we know you will stick it out, how do we know you won't try something underhanded.
I looked at your TGP it looks brand new like you just put it up but have no TGP's listed or being submitted that's not a good sign
I looked at your blog directory I didn't like the idea of just the top three blog feeds being shown or advertising for Xblogs (most free things like Xblogs start out good then turn to shit).
I've had a blog aggregator up for around a year and have never asked for a link trade, it just seems to me when starting out that you have to give more than you get.
