That's unbelievable.... How is it that a company would be liable when the internet is presented in a visual medium? The idea that the blind can use the web is amazing, but it isn't target's fault that their websites aren't blind friendly. Imagine you had to have alt tags on all your images BY LAW? Too much regulation these days, bring back the wild west of the internet.
On the other hand, when we're all hocking images and videos, is it likely that any complaints are going to land in our mailboxes?
