The best one I ever did was on a blowjob page where I used 5 animated blowjob gifs in a table row, with some juicy text underneath. That one was off the charts. I think the motion in the gifs helped draw attention to the ad. Can't say for sure though.

Yep like preacher said. I'm with you, or a little behind, I am using what was just barely "new". I've never switched because that would be so much work and so many ads to put in. One of these days maybe.
I had a similar ad as yours with a bunch of animated gifs in a row and ya, had a great click through. Not sure I even had text.
