There are a couple of issues brought up that I would like to address.
1. Content - yes it's true that most of the content available is licensed content from other producers. My main business is as a publisher, not a producer, so of course I will have mostly licensed content. However, I do have quite a bit of exclusive content already produced and currently being produced that I will be releasing into new sites early in 2008. If you only use exclusive content sites, I'll have some updated ones and new ones available very soon.
2. Conversions - I've watched conversions begin to decline over the past couple of months and I know it's because a lot of sites in the portfolio are just too old and have been around the block. That is why I have decided to redesign 50% of the current site portfolio as well as add in a lot of new sites, a new one every week for the next year to be exact. But, you should also keep in mind that the BYOT program no longer takes $5 in commission to pay the BYOT owner. All BYOT sites pay the same rate as my own tours. So, in essence, I now have a portfolio of over 600 sites. I'm sure you will find something in there that converts.
