Maybe you could ask Jim to drop them a line,I noticed a Serge and Jim's GBU Banner at the bottom of thier Site.

I can never understand this type of thing happening,especially when it happens to webmasters that send lots of quality traffic that converts.

I hope it gets resolved ASAP.
