If I'm not mistaken they took strength of schedule out of the formula for figuring the rankings, which was a mistake. The only
fair thing to do and get the sports
voters out of the picture is a playoff, but from what I hear coaches are against a playoff system due to the number of games that would be required for a team. DUH What's another 2-3 games when a national championship is on the line? The other teams would be facing the same thing.
