I set mine up with campaigns as niches, then with sponsors under each niche.

I use HTML as the banner type. I create the ads (banner and text) in html, then paste that into OpenAds.

I also create a "publisher" for each niche. I use "Remote Invocation for Javascript", but instead of pasting the mass of code it generates into my pages, I create a page for each niche with the Javascript code and do a remote javascript call.

I'm actually using PhpAdsNew, but I think OpenAds is just what they're calling it these days.
