Everyone should do it, because everyone would benefit from it by creating more sales.

@ note:
It can happen any time when one isn't aware of every little detail. Protection of minors has always been a topic in Germany, but the internet-part (JuSCHG - Telemedien) has been in place since 2003 afaik.
