That's your fault alone, not your host's. It's due to poor building techniques. For example, on this gallery:

So the thumbs on this site are weighing around 120kb each. Insane. The gallery doesn't carry the same color scheme as the index and main pages. You have a webmaster link on the bottom. (Who are you marketing towards? Surfers or webmasters?) Did that guy cum twice? She has an anal creampie and a facial in the same set, but there only appears to be one guy. Odd.
I could list a bunch of issues with each example you posted. Put something better up on a domain with good WHOIS and I'd be willing to waste more time with you.
