From what i understand they're exploiting loopholes in the UK laws by having small print in which the user has agreed to the terms and conditions.
Trading standards have over 300 complaints against Microbillsys but can't do a thing about it.
In those other 2 links they have even the cheek to threaten legal action against Macafee and Symantec and anyone else for publishing removal guides for their malware.
Most of my sales are in the UK and i can imagine anyone that's been stung by this shit will think twice about going near adult sites again.
