Good Friday Peoples

I got home from my 2nd Sleep Apnea test around 6 & I have to say, it was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. The machine is no louder than a window A/C unit. I'm not sure if it helped or not, as I know I only slept for 4 hours & I need a nap
