I've had most of my submissions accepted...but now two in a row rejected. Not sure what the problem is.

I received the same. My assumption would be that we're being denied because of the old recip that has Penisbot linked, even though, the rules
clearly state:

As far as I know, January 1st is still a couple of days away, regardless of where you live.
