Since I am an S-Corp, my accountant said that it didn't matter.
(2 of the 1099's had my name, but my business tax I.D. and the checks they had sent were made out to the Company.)
I'm not sure what the case is to other types of Corps. or LLC's or anything, but it didn't matter in my case.
