I have a nice sharp picture, but I would like the edges to blur and blend into the background as it looks a little abrupt now. Maybe round off the corners as well.

I have Photoshop Elements, a scaled down version of the big Photoshop, and my skills with image manipulation is pretty basic, but it looks like a fairly common effect.
