As you might remember, I had a little problem with my grill last year with some ice falling off the roof

I rebuilt it and it's ok but there are some problems. This year, it's time for something new.
My old grill is gas but has he ability to cook with charcoal. I have to admit, I only used charcoal once and it was really hard to clean.
So, I am looking at this weber grill called Performer.

It uses charcoal but has a gas lighting system so there is no need for fluid. It has a catch all for the ashes and even has it's own charcoal storage.
I am also looking at the Big Green Egg. Not quite as conveient but it seems to hold heat much longer.
