I bought a cute thing last year that is a small lamp with a stand. You place the candle (i use ones that are in jars and pretty pricey) on the stand and turn on the lamp. It melts the wax so you get the scent in the room, but doesn't burn the wick. Turn the lamp off, candle reforms. You can use the same candle over and over, and don't have to worry about burning curious cats.
So are the soy candles smokeless like they say they are? I think it is cool you are making them. I haven't made candles in years.
Morning all. Woke up with sore throat and crick in my upper back. Have a tens unit on and the pain is about gone. Love those things.
