I think it makes no sense to post not working/working TGPs here, the exposure is not so big and if we could leave permanent signs even if the error is not permanent at a tgp...
My idea is to reg a domain and make a nice site for this, and there post two TGP lists: fair play/not fair play.
However, several questions about this project: there should be a registration for webmasters to send in their "+" and "-" lists NOT the anonymous way. Also it would be nice to have some notes about the exact TGP like: "submitting for half year but never posted" or "submission appears on TGP regularly" and to have a date on these is a Must, so with time passing, a new review is necessary. This way TGP owners could fix their config and submitters could fix their CS/other submitter software settings too. And I think in a short time cheaters should receive less traffic and fair play TGP owners and submitters more (and quality should be better too)...
