that sucks, but those kinds of things wont happen in holland, first you may not drive a car here in holland if you are under 18 years old, second to get your drivens licenses now a days here will realy take you more then a year, third, you may only phone in your car here handfree
and the ticket for using your phone not handsfree in the car is about 700 bucks
